Using this site
The content on evergreenwaterdamagepros.com is general information about water damage restoration and mold remediation. It is not a substitute for an on-site assessment, medical advice, legal advice or insurance advice. Every home and every loss is different, so rely on a professional inspection and on your own policy.
Call-only service
Evergreen Water Damage Pros takes requests by phone. Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. When you call, we dispatch licensed and insured restoration professionals and explain the scope of work and how the price is set before work starts. A call does not create a contract for any particular price or schedule. Any agreement for services is made directly with the restoration professional who performs the work.
No promises about timing or insurance
Same-day response is offered when available and is not promised. Road, weather and access conditions in mountain and canyon areas can change what is possible. We cannot predict or promise what an insurer will approve, and nothing on this site is a statement about your coverage.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep the information on the site accurate, but codes, utility details, map data and local conditions change. Check current information with the relevant agency, such as Jefferson County Building Safety, Jefferson County Public Health, your utility provider or the FEMA Flood Map Service Center, before you rely on it.
Third-party links and services
The site shows Google Maps embeds and loads Google Fonts. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for content or practices on third-party sites.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Evergreen Water Damage Pros is not liable for damages arising from use of this site or from decisions made using its general information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one. Questions? See our privacy policy or call the dispatch line.
